Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By registering a school on Taleem365 ("the Platform") or signing in to an existing account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the school or organization you represent ("you", the "School").
2. The service
The Platform provides school administration software, covering admissions, class and section management, attendance, examinations, fee challans and payment tracking, expense tracking, and role-based portals for staff, parents, and students. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the Platform develops.
3. Accounts and trial
Registering creates a School account starting in a trial. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued under your account, and for all activity carried out under them, including accounts you create for your own staff, parents, and students.
4. Fees and payment
Where a paid subscription applies to your account, its price, billing period, and payment method will be presented to you separately at the time it takes effect. Nothing in these Terms should be read as committing you to a fee not separately agreed.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you and your users enter into the Platform, including student, staff, guardian, academic, and financial records. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including having the appropriate basis to hold records relating to students and staff.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to store data you are not authorized to hold.
- Attempt to access another School's data or bypass the Platform's access controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Platform without our written agreement.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, poses a security risk, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
